Our remote training courses (RTC) are held by certified trainers and with a real time communication with a trainer through video and voice internet tools. You only need to have a personal computer with internet (speed minimum 0.5 Mb/s) and some software installed and headphones with microphone. Most of this software is downloadable free from internet, some is provided by us.

If you are not sure a remote training is convenient training method for you, you can order a demo lesson free of charge. Tools will be explained to you before start of demo lesson and you will have to install them to your PC. During a demo lesson (duration is ~0.5 hour) a communication with a trainer will be established and you will learn one lesson from Cisco training course. During this lesson you will evaluate benefits of RTC.
